1. Role of GREENWAY HEALTH

GREENWAY HEALTH provides healthcare coordination, medical travel and personal concierge services. Green Way Travel LLC, through GREENWAY HEALTH, is not itself a hospital, clinic, diagnostic facility or healthcare provider and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, surgery or other medical procedures. Medical services are provided by independent clinics, physicians and appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.

All clinical decisions are made solely by the relevant healthcare professionals and institutions. GREENWAY HEALTH and Green Way Travel LLC do not guarantee any diagnosis, treatment outcome or effectiveness of a medical program.

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

5. Third-Party Providers

Clinics, physicians, hotels, airlines, transfer providers and other suppliers operate independently and may be subject to their own terms, cancellation rules and privacy policies.

6. Pricing and Payments

Any prices displayed on the website, where applicable, may be indicative only. Final medical pricing is determined by the relevant clinic. GREENWAY HEALTH coordination or concierge fees may be quoted or agreed separately.

7. Travel and Visas

GREENWAY HEALTH may assist with travel arrangements but does not guarantee visa issuance, border entry, flight operation or third-party availability.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information relevant to their request. GREENWAY HEALTH is not responsible for consequences resulting from material information that is inaccurate, incomplete or withheld.

9. Intellectual Property

The GREENWAY HEALTH brand, website design and proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party clinic trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Green Way Travel LLC and GREENWAY HEALTH are not responsible for the independent clinical decisions, acts or outcomes of clinics, physicians or other third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Medical Emergencies

GREENWAY HEALTH does not provide emergency medical services. In a medical emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and the relationship with Green Way Travel LLC are generally governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, subject to any mandatory laws applicable to the relevant client or service.

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will be published on the website.
